We have installed numerous high-throughput thermal systems for cathode-ray tube (CRT), plasma display panel (PDP) and liquid crystal display (LCD) manufacturing. Many of these are clean-air (better than Class 100) systems operating above 600 °C with temperature control to within 2 °C, integrated transport and airtight process chambers.

Our extensive experience in this industry covers all aspects of high-volume production, including expertise in carrier design, parallel production, logistics and handling.
