Solar heat exchangers

As demand grows for greener solutions for solar power plants, we have developed a number of solutions for manufacturing solar heat exchangers. We focus particularly on systems for evacuated tube-type exchangers, which offer excellent efficiency over a wide range of ambient temperatures.

Our high-throughput annealing ovens are ideal for removing stress from the outer glass tubes, to reduce breakages and increase lifetimes. They feature multiple thermal zones that can be independently heated to individual temperatures, giving you complete control over the anneal.

Similar solutions can also be used to fire anti-reflective coatings on the outer glass to further increase exchange efficiency. In addition, we provide high-throughput solutions for evacuating and sealing the assembled tubes.
