Pre-heating, curing and cooling
Many solar cell manufacturing stages require precisely controlled thermal processing at relatively low temperatures. For example, glass substrates must be carefully pre-heated to around 200 °C before sputtering steps and cooled down afterwards in a controlled fashioned. Anti-reflective coatings and epoxy resins used to bond panels together must be cured at specific temperatures for specific times.
We provide pre-heating, curing and cooling solutions for both batch and continuous processes. These can feature RTP-style, short-wavelength heating with multiple zones, allowing you to create a specific temperature distribution over the substrate and improving overall process stability.
